Donar DE-XRT Sorter works by using Dual-Energy X-ray Transmission (two types of X-rays) to distinguish aluminum from impurities based on atomic structure and density variations

Ø Low-energy X-rays (20-50 kV): Sensitive to light metals (Al, Mg)

Ø High-energy X-rays(80-150 kV): Penetrate heavy metals (Cu, Zinc, Fe)
