The Grün VPC Series is an advanced vision-based sorting system tailored for recycling pre-processing plants. Leveraging high-resolution RGB (HR-RGB) imaging technology, the system detects and recovers high-value plastic flakes from material streams based on precise color differentiation — increasing the value of recycled material output. For enhanced detection and recovery of light-colored flakes, optional NIR cameras are available to extend sorting capability beyond the visible spectrum.
